The Tamil Nadu Ophthalmic Association (TNOA) is an officially registered State Association for Ophthalmologists in Tamil Nadu. Established 70 years ago, it boasts almost 4,000 members, making it the largest State Ophthalmic Association in India. It is affiliated with the All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS).

 

Cherry Con’25 is the 72^nd Annual Conference of TNOA, scheduled to take place on 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd August 2025 at Suganya Convention Centre and Hotel Sunway Manor, Puducherry.

A Silent Revolution – The “Silent Conference”!

• For the first time in TNOA’s history, the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) will host the conference as a “Silent Conference”, Multiple podia will be set up in one large hall. Delegates will use headsets and remote controls to tune into their chosen sessions without moving between halls. This novel concept ensures seamless learning in a unique setup. The conference expects to host over 2,000 ophthalmologists from Tamil Nadu and across India.
